My item is marked as "preorder." How does your preorder system work?

In order to ensure we are creating the products our customers want, we sometimes set "preorder by" dates multiple times throughout the year. Once the preorder window has closed, we will create your products and ship them out to you by the promised "ship by" date. If you missed our preorder window, don't worry, we hope to open for new orders again, or check out our items already in stock. Feel free to reach out and let us know you're interested in ordering something currently out of stock!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only able to ship our products within the continental US. We are looking forward to the day when we are able to ship internationally.

Can I return or exchange items?

All sales are final. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us.
